A few years ago I was lucky enough to visit Annecy France. It was a day trip but it was truly incredible and a place I’d like to visit again. This art is inspired by a gorgeous summer day enjoying the lake and the mountains. You may know this vibe. The day I visited was a bit cloudy as you can see in the first inspiration photo so I also sharing one of a sunnier day in Annecy so you can get the magic of the color of the lake and how the sun brings it to life. Here is to hanging by the water and enjoying summer and the sun. Yes please!!!

Each custom stretched canvas begins with a 12-colour Giclée print, produced from a choice of substrates. We then make a custom wooden frame from European knotless pine - in any size needed up to a maximum of 3 metres - and stretch the rolled canvas print over it.
We use finger jointed canvas frames to create corner tension which helps to resist warping. For larger sizes, we add wooden ‘wedges’ to each corner; ensuring the canvas surface remains taut and allowing for easy re-stretching in future years.
All canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimize the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
