Hello! Lisbon Is Calling Unframed Canvas Wall Art 30x30"
Was lucky enough to visit Lisbon three times and I cannot wait to make it a fourth. A place there that has become dear to my heart is a restaurant called @Pontofinalrest and from the incredible staff to the delicious comfort food, delicious wines and the view the view the view, it is definitely a true DELIGHT of a place in this world. Thanks to @phil.rosenthal for introducing many of us to this dining treasure through their travel programs. Double bonus that they had a wine named for me, LOL!!!
I did my best to go to every place that Phil recommended on the last two trips there and was not disappointed, not for one second. I have been working for awhile to create an art piece that captures the feeling and the magic of an evening spent there and I think I finally did it! YAY! Here is the picture that inspired me and continues to inspire me.
May this art piece give you the feeling of experiencing the magic of Lisboa. Sometimes art can transport us to another place and time. It is known that getting out to see the world opens your heart, and eating the food of a place prepared by the people of a place makes you fall in love. C’mon, let’s fall all in love with the world and its people! Traveling mercies to you wherever you go! #pontofinalrest #lisbon #lisboa #portugal #philrosenthal #travelbug #travelingmercies #fineartprints #abstractart #catarina #catalinasparkle
Each custom stretched canvas begins with a 12-colour Giclée print, produced from a choice of substrates. We then make a custom wooden frame from European knotless pine - in any size needed up to a maximum of 3 metres - and stretch the rolled canvas print over it.
We use finger jointed canvas frames to create corner tension which helps to resist warping. For larger sizes, we add wooden ‘wedges’ to each corner; ensuring the canvas surface remains taut and allowing for easy re-stretching in future years.
All canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimize the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
