We hardly call people any more. That has become old school. Actually when we get phone calls we instantly look to see, is it a scammer, it is a telemarketer? WHO IS CALLING ME? Sometimes it is delightful to set up time to have a phone call to hear someones voice and just catch up with them. I have a lovely friend who I do this with whenever possible usually once a week. It is like a lifeline. So nice to hear that friend tell me what’s been going on and what is coming up for them in their life.
