Fire Sustains Us Fine Art Print
Yesterday I kept seeing so many alarming messages people were posting about FIRE, not the fires in California or anywhere else, the fires of our political structure, the safety we hold dear and that is now suspect. The fear that they want us to feel. As a response to the many people out there who are frightened and see so much damage happening in the LGBTQI+ space, I am sharing this artwork of fire. I am going to hang onto that image of fire as a catalyst for change, for the image of what is transformed when fire takes place, fire that provides warmth and that cooks our food, the campfire we gather around to support each other.
Because the world is far from a perfect place, and we aren’t evolved enough yet to embrace each other for who we are, I will donate 20% of the profits of any of the sales of this art to a charity called Rainbow Railroad. All framed and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes, unless they are 15x20cm and being delivered in the UK, or A4 or smaller and being delivered in mainland Europe (in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes).
