Heavens Right Here Fine Art Print
There is a gorgeous singer songwriter named @iris _dement. I loved her music for years but strangely it took a long time to go see them in person, finally I got to do that. Once last year and once this last week. Both were gorgeous experiences. Iris captures the joy, sorrow hope and uncertainty of our human experience through her songs. I feel that they are a very wise truth teller, a reflecting glass back to us of our mutual struggles and questions as we wander our way through this life.
I have many favorite Iris songs, but ONE of my favorite songs is There’s A Whole Lotta Heaven.
Some lyrics are ‘But I’ve been saved by the love of the people living right here…And there’s a whole lot of heaven shining in this river of tears…If you pull back the curtain, little diamonds will appear…”.
