Computer Age Eco Friendly Maple Wood Prints

$500.00

Another walk down a music memory for you all. @brad.newman introduced me to the incredible Neil Young. Brad had After the Gold Rush, Zima and Reactor and Long May You Run. Loving what I heard, I went straight away to get every tape cassette I could pick up of other albums like Rust Never Sleeps, Harvest and dug in.

Very excited for the record release of their newest albums Trans in January 1983. I got it on vinyl and wow were we surprised by this as it was a sharp departure from their usual offering and included a fully electronic sound and Neil singing via vocoder!!! WTF?

Reviews are mixed, but I really loved a bunch of the songs on this album, and still revisit Transformer Man, Computer Age, and Mr. Soul. This art piece is putting us back in the 80s with a solid color palette that vibrates with energy and fun. I hope that this art brings you back to a nostalgic place and time where you were in love with a new musician (to you) and even better a new album!!! Yay! Let music and art bring you joy today and always. #neilyoung #1983 #trans #transformerman #mrsoul #harvest #rustneversleeps #zima #reactor #longmayyourun

Includes unique signature by the artist for authenticity.

Each of our maple wood custom panels is printed directly onto 1/2" thick maple surfaced wood, giving a warm and natural looking print that’s also eco-friendly. The stunning wood grain shows through the light or non printed areas of the image, producing a natural warm tone and retro vintage feel.

All panels are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each panel is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
